7cb1d79195 In an attempt to persuade Lapis to stay on Earth, Steven shows her around to give an idea of where she may want to live. Lapis Lazuli is one of my favorite characters in the show, but I feel like she is seriously underused. Well, now we have our first "Lapis episode" since Ocean Gem, and it is gorgeous. The relationship between Steven and Lapis is so natural and subtle that it can take a whole episode where nothing actually happens and turn it into a great one. Peridot is responsible for all the laughs, probably; unfortunately, she is not on the episode a lot, which leave us to a practically dull script when it comes to humour, but if you want a beautifully written and animated episode with some background on Lapis's history, you will enjoy this one a lot.
